The developments in the rowing boat technology allow us to have improved the easy-to-change height washer with the Nelo Rowing Spacers. These little rings of plastic allow, with minimum effort, to elevate and drop the oarlocks to suit crews of different heights and weights. You can lever the Nelo Rowing Spacers off and rearrange them above or below the gate when you are in the water.
